HaHa.. sad isn't it. But if they attacked you, they'd most likely deem it "insanity" and he wouldn't be penilized other than medical treatment.

People used to say that immigrants and blacks shouldn't be allowed to by luxuries since they are not of the "civilized races." Everyday people used to say they were only 3/5 human, that's why we can't consider them equal because "God made them that way."

The President feels that the institution of marriage is threatened. So, this is how I understand it...in a nation where half of all marriages end in divorce and every 8 seconds a women is physically assaulted or raped (usually by an acquainted or related hetero)...that gay marriage threatens the institution??? LOL.

Bring on the homophobes...I love listening to you guys squirm.... I'm sorry some of you have met annoying queers. I used to be chicken and not stand up for some of the gay folks I have had a priviledge of knowing as friends. No longer...

I can understand the whole gay thing even wanting to be married.I can see how ppl might want to be with someone because they feel a deep connection and get along great.
But when it comes to the sex part I dont think its right.

that is mostly where i was going with that. and also being a practicing christian, there are certain morals and rules to live by. one of them being for marrage where it states something about the wanting of procreation and i dont know any guys poping out little humans, and i dont know any girls that can get another girl pregnent. so because of this and some other parts of my beliefs, i find that immoral. and not right. If it becomes legal, i am not one to go flame them, or anything, but i am defanitly not for it.

Yes foo I see all the stupid immoral and stupid thinking things that have happened in the past. and I think most stupid thinging in marrage happens to be when they guy is thinking w/ his other head, and the girl is knocked up, or not thinking right, or in it for the money, or whatever reason other than love. things like this and then multiple other ones ruin the marrige rate, and, because its so high, people think its healthy. its not. point blank. I can see many reasons why it is there, but it is a serious commitment and i think that most of those statistics dont see it that serious.

Hmmmm...sure the world is full of sick behavior,
but I don't see the problem some here have with
crossdressing.

Everyone tries to express his inside view of the
place he or she belongs to in this world, or how
one whishes to be seen, and most do that with cloth.
I would never get a tongue piercing, but I respect
the right of others, even when I feel uncomfortable
looking at it, to express themselves this way.
A guy who likes girls cloth...why not...hurts my eye
much less. And there it is not just fashion, it is
a need inside to express something...and if someone
feels really unhappy with the sex of his/her body,
why should I have a problem with it...if I can like
the silicon dolls on TV where nothing is as nature
made it for them, I can at least tolerate something
like that...perhaps even get used to the idea.

Imho everything different frightens people...but if
you look at history...all the cruelty done to others
because they were different...one should learn from it.
Also that there will always be politicians who try to
use the fears of people, that try even to support them.
They are the really sick people Imho...;)

And about Christian values...a very important value was
once that the sun circles around earth...we all know
many examples like that...and these damaged the
reputation of Christian church a lot. Most have one thing
in common...people ignored the message and grabed words
or sentences to declare them as the holy truth. But
that is not the way Bible was intended. Besides, fact is
that even gay animals exist. So against nature, no...
...and if marriage is just about reproduction, would
that not work without marriage faster...? ;)

Anyway...there are no arguments that can really be stronger
then what people feel...but feeling and right/wrong are
two different concepts...and if a God exists that I can
belive in...he expects from us more then to follow old
books, more then feel our way trough life like the animals
do...;)

Oooooops, that was not supposed to end as book ;)

the guy i was talking about is in his 50s, married to a woman he beats constantly ( in addition to his dog ), and has been caught doing some things id rather not think about with a 17 year old boy, he is not 3/5 human, he is not 1/5 human, people like that should not be allowed to live

i honestly dont care what other people think about this, ( well, actually i do care, and enjoy hearing others opinions, its one of the reasons i post one forums :D, i guess it would have been more appropriate to say that no opinion will change mine  )

i wish i were making that stuff up :?

i have a question

would you stand up for peoples rights to marry animals?
