Consult the manual, should tell you what the beeps with 2 second delays indicate. Not sure off the top of my head...

First, plug your hd and floppy back in.

Now reseat your ram (or try a different slot) and reseat your vidcard. Look for any info on mainboard jumpers on your mobo, you just may have set the board at 133fsb when durons have problems sometimes going above 100. There are quite a few reasons why wierd mobos beep, lol, but we should be able to figure something out. Do you have access to biostars website?

try what is called a minimal boot.
    CPU/heatsink/fan
video card (this board has onboard video)
    power swtich
    speaker

By using NO RAM in a minimal boot you WILL get an error message/beep code for tyhe lack of RAM. IF you successfully make it this far shut the system down and add 1 component at a time (starting the system up between adding components). Do this until you find the culprit component.

A few qustions come to mind when I looked at this thread. 1.) no mention of the video card being used. I must assume that you are using the onboard video... 2.) You said you have the SDRAM chip in the right slot. You mean the correct slot according to the manual or do you mean that you have the chips in the further most right slot???? 3.) What is the specs on the RAM (ie. brand, speed, etc.)

If you're sure you're doing these instructions as Toby and I have laid out, and you are competent with applying cooling products to your processor, then I'd say your board is kaput. Hope it works out, and keep us updated!
