I'm simply amazed at what digital cameras can do now. I've been soldiering along with an HP 2.1 megapixal camera for quite sometime. However, when I was out of town working, I grabbed an el cheapo digital camera for $20 8O at my local drugstore. It was called the Aries 3-in-1 Digital Camera and it does many things that newer digital cameras do for only $20. Here is a review that I wrote up on it:

Even though the camera only offered 640x480 resolution, it had a timer delay function, a tiny preview screen, and the ability to take a little video. Unbelievable.

My newest camera is an RCA Small Wonder Camcorder. It's pretty amazing in it's own right. It's a full featured camcorder with sound for only $150. I'll write up a full review when I have the time.

What are forum members taking pictures with now? This looks like a logical thread to post some reviews on...

I recently got a new techno-toy as an early birthday present: An RCA Small Wonder Camcorder! It is just a tad larger than a cell phone and takes really nice HD and Web Quality Video. I've written up a review here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1917672/product_review_rca_small_wonder_high.html?cat=15

Overall, it's a great little camcorder and camera for about $150. It has a few limitations: only a 3x zoom and an integrated microphone that picks up handmovements on the camera body. You also need a pretty decent computer to play HD Video.
