AMX mod on a LAN

I would like to have a Conter-Strike Lan party, but I would like to have/use that hook MOD, I've seen, you know the grappling hook thing, where you can shoot out a red or blue bean and then you get pulled up to where ever you shot it to. I would like to know everthing I need to do to accomplish that. Thank you.

I want that mod to, what is it called and how do u bind the keys again what is the command. Plus can you run it on pc or is it just for servers? please let me know all my messengers r listed
