lol...... Vietcong runs at, on average, 40 - 55 FPS when looking across the vally in vietcong (and 293 when looking at a wall, lol) UT2003 is still a bit choppy, but runs fine in most areas. the problem seems to be looking at those big white towers in Anatulas. Say your standing at the Flak Cannon and looking sorta upwards into the sky at them. Choppy. Or for say starying at the particles of the elevating platform things.other than that, water reflections and shadows don't really have an affect.

I have a ATX 350 W power supply running 3 case fans.

Says here you are running a 350 W PSU. The 9700 Pro calls for AT LEAST a 350 W PSU in the specs. And with that P4 and whatever else you have running in that machine - I think there's a distinct possibility that you DON'T have enough juice to run everything.

My advice - run AT LEAST a 400 W PSU. I always advise people to run 400 W with a P4 anyway. I've seen too many problems surface unless you are running a 400+ W PSU.

I'm looking at screenshots of Doom III... and all i can say is.... "WOOOOOOOOWWWWWWwW". Those shots may FORCE me to buy a 9800 Pro. Or even the 9900 Pro if its not too much.

Hehe I asked the PSU question earlier...no answer! :P

Yeah I'd be running with at least 400W...my sys is running a 480W right now...plenty of juice! :)

The juice is loose!!!! :P

I got my Antec 480W Retail for about $89. I didn't really shop around, I was more interested in making as much of a bulk order as possible.

BTW that ASUS Probe software pwns! :) I can monitor everything on my system...all the resources...its great!

Well I suggest that you go here and search for Antec power supplies OR Enermax power supplies.
